The project used 5 state-of-the-art Schneider Conext CL inverters, a transformer upgrade and 330 Heliene 260 W solar PV panels. The system is projected to create over 115 MWh per year and is connected via the BC hydro net-metering program. It represents the first major solar project in the region, is the largest community solar project in BC, and has garnered media attention from all over Canada and support from the David Suzuki Foundation.
